Initial testing shows that our logged issue: http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/partnerofficeproject/thread/3f7c94f4-3562-4d2e-8211-9bf44eda4520 has been resolved after the SP1 Install.
They seem to re-appear as soon as you republish a project. I will now test a few scenarios where we will go through an "Update Cycle" and see if it is still functional.

I have just ran through some scenarios, like assigning a task , publishing the plan, have a resource update time and submit, then approve and republish the plan. The Indicators remains on sthe Tasks / Project views unlike pre-Sp1
